FAQ

An escape game is a real-life experience where participants are locked in a room and must use elements of the room, the group’s collective knowledge, and their wits to discover clues, solve puzzles, and escape and/or find the missing item within a set amount of time.

It's crazy, we know, but the City of Amarillo apparently frowns upon us holding you hostage. Therefore, the room will be "virtually" locked. There will be a final clue to "escape." If any participant opens the door before solving all the locks in the room, the game and the remaining time will be forfeited.

Escape Rooms: This will depend on your group's skill level. The maximum game time will be 60 minutes. If you fail to escape the room in time, you need not fret; a game master will come and release you. You will only leave with a bruised ego. However, if your group happens to be master sleuths, it may take you less time. Plan to spend 15 minutes prior to check-in to receive instructions. There will also be about 15 minutes after your game for a debrief and to take photos. This also gives us the opportunity to hear your thoughts on the room. Mystery Dinners: Roughly 2.5 to 3 hours

Absolutely! We find most people want to do a second room (or even more) once they complete the first one. Their brains are warmed up, and they are in a puzzle-solving mood. Feel free to book more than one game at a time and spend a few hours with us. We love our guests.

Escape Rooms: No, all of our games are private to you and your party. Once a room is booked, no one else can book it. If you wish to add people to your party, just bring them along. We can add them at the door once you arrive. Mystery Dinners: Yes, possibly. Participants will play with those seated at their table. Each table holds up to nine guests. If you book nine tickets, you will have a table for yourself and your party. If you book two, then we reserve the right to seat up to seven other players with you.

Escape Room: No, we will provide everything you need. We just ask you to bring your sparkling personality and an open mind. We look forward to seeing you there. Mystery Dinners: We will tell you what to bring. Most of the time, we just ask you to dress up in costume. This is not required, but highly encouraged.

Escape rooms: An escape game is a real-life experience where participants are locked in a room and must use elements of the room, the group’s collective knowledge, and their wits to discover clues, solve puzzles, and escape and/or find the missing item within a set amount of time. We do require at least one person over the age of 18 to be in the room while the game is being played. This person must be a paying participant in the game. Mystery Dinners: Because this is life, unscripted entertainment, the mystery dinners are not recommended for anyone under the age of 15.

We recommend booking an escape game online. It is the only way to guarantee your reservation. You must click on the Book Now links to book online. Participants must pay at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards. We do not offer refunds. Please make sure to book only those who will attend. We will gladly let you add people to your party at the door. Mystery dinners must be booked three days in advance by clicking on the Book Now link inside the mystery dinners tab. Participants must pay in advance and online. Sorry, no walk-ins allowed and no paying at the door. We accept all major credit cards.

All of our activities are non-refundable. However, we can reschedule your escape room if you contact us at least 24 hours prior to your game start time. We can reschedule your mystery dinner if you contact us at least 4 days before the event (subject to the availability of the next game). Because all of our games offer limited "seating", last-minute cancellations take away the room and prevent someone else from booking.

Escape room: the escape games are $25 per person plus 6.75% state tax, equaling $26.69 per person for non-actor games.
